When you create an account, we collect your name, email address, and profile picture from your Google account. When you use the Syntro API, we store events, user data, and transaction records you create through the SDK.
We use your data to provide the Syntro platform services: authentication, event tracking, analytics dashboards, and payment processing. We do not sell your data to third parties.
Your data is stored securely in MongoDB databases with encryption at rest. API keys are generated using cryptographically secure random bytes. Passwords for ProjectUsers are hashed with bcrypt (12 rounds).
We use Stripe for payment processing. When you configure Stripe integration, payment data is handled by Stripe in accordance with their privacy policy. We store transaction records (amount, product name, customer email) in our database.
We retain your data as long as your account is active. When you delete a project, all associated data (events, users, transactions) is permanently deleted.
