If you are not satisfied with Syntro Pro, you may request a full refund within 7 days of your first payment. This does not apply to renewal payments — only the initial charge.
The Pro 3-day free trial does not require payment. If you cancel before the trial ends, you will not be charged.
Email support@syntro.run with your account email and the reason for your refund request. We process refunds within 5-7 business days.
Enterprise custom plans and any payments made through the API (your end-users' Stripe payments) are handled by your own Stripe account and are not refundable through Syntro.
